Pricing    

    For lessons by the hour, prices are only for the trainer's time and do not include the cost of drinks or snacks or other expenses.
    Full day and multiple day courses take place at a hotel in or close to Munich. Pricing includes the use of the hotel facilities during course hours with coffee, tea or soft drinks available during breaks.  Lunch is also included and is taken with the trainer to continue the English immersion, either at the hotel or at a local restaurant.  Pricing does not include accommodation or breakfast and evening meals.  Accommodation in the Munich area can be arranged.
    Courses can also take place at a venue of the client's choosing, for example the client's office, by special arrangement.

Lessons by the hour:
Two-hour block lessons:                  €    79.95
Three-hour block lessons:                €    99.95

NOTE: Introductory price for first two-hour lesson:    €    50.00

Full day courses:
    Full day courses normally run from 10am to 6pm.   In addition there will usually be 1 to 2 hours study time for tasks set by the trainer to be completed that evening for review the next day.
    Course prices are for single clients on a one-to-one basis with the trainer, which is the preferred and most effective teaching method.  By special arrangement, courses can be provided for more than one person at a lower price per person.  For example, a three day course for two people working with one trainer would be € 950 per person and for three people would be € 750 per person.  Please contact BLS for further information.

    Addition of specific business aspects as key modules of the course, designed to suit your specific business requirement (within same course schedule for courses lasting three days or more):

    By special arrangement, BLS will also run a one day intensive course if a client prefers this.  It may be appropriate for a client who is already experienced with English, but wants to refresh himself on certain aspects of the language.  A one day intensive course will normally run from 9.00am to 6.00pm.

    Specialist courses, like Communication and Hotel & Restaurant, are flexible in timing to suit the client and will be charged as per the rates for Lessons by the hour.

Terms of payment and cancellation:

Payment:
    Full day courses must be paid for in full at least 20 days before the start date for the course.  Course registrations are not considered to be confirmed until payment has been made.

    Payment for a block of lessons by the hour with a regular client will usually be accepted at the end of the month, to cover all the lessons in that month.  BLS will issue an invoice and payment must be made so that it reaches BLS by the end of the month.  BLS reserves the right to request payment in advance or at the time of a lesson, especially for the first lessons with a new client.  No lessons will be given in a new month until the previous month's payment has been received by BLS.

Cancellation:
    If a full day course is cancelled after the course has been confirmed and payment has been made, BLS will retain a percentage of the payment to cover costs as follows:
    Cancellation between payment being made and 10 days before the course is due to start, BLS will retain 15%.
    Cancellation between 10 days and 5 days before the course is due to start, BLS will retain 20%.
    Cancellation less than 5 days before the course is due to start, BLS will retain 25%.

    Should BLS be unable to proceed with a full day course for any reason, BLS will inform the client as soon as possible and either re-arrange the course to suit the client or refund the full course payment.

    For lessons by the hour, BLS will try to be as flexible as possible should a client wish to change lesson times or dates, but if a lesson by the hour is cancelled by the client less than 3 days before the scheduled time after it has been firmly booked with BLS or directly with one of BLS's trainers, BLS reserves the right to charge a percentage of the fee as part of that month's invoice to the client as follows:
    Cancellation more than 3 days (72 hours) before the lesson - 
                                                                                                        no charge
    Cancellation between 3 and 2 days (less than 72 to 48 hours) before the lesson - 
                                                                                                        20% charge
    Cancellation between 2 and 1 days (less than 48 to 24 hours) before the lesson -
                                                                                                        30% charge
    Cancellation less than 1 day (less than 24 hours) before the lesson -
                                                                                                        50% charge
