In role-plays you learn how to conduct effective small-talk, when to find the transfer from small-talk to business, and when it is time to make small-talk again. Learn how to socialise effectively when the major business day is over and business is taken to the social circuit. Trainings are available for Canada, USA, United Kingdom, Australia, and also India.
